The Cottages at Yahoola was founded with one vision: provide our guests unique experiences that balances location connivence, natural beauty, supportive services, over the top amenities and unmatched hospitality.
We offer two beautiful side by side Creekside properties each on over an acre of land with mountain views. unlike other rural properties, we are 5 minutes from downtown Dahlonega, and 15 minutes to popular wineries and tourist sites.
Either of our properties offers an upscale take on rural life with breath taking amenities. being side by side properties - we can also offer wedding parties, larger groups, or family reunions the space they need to be together as well as the space they need to be apart!
The cottages also offers transportation services with our luxury SUV. In addition to our tour packages that showcase some of Dahlonega's finest, we also offer custom transportation needs to support your wedding party, or just your girls day out at the wineries.

Both of our properties are available for booking on the popular channels such as AirBNB and VRBO. so why book here? direct savings! The booking channels charge a premium for their booking services. Booking direct saves the normally 15-20% add ons they charge and we pass that saving on directly to you. you'll find here the same properties, with the same services, just without the add on fees.
Feel right at home
Both homes are full of amenities and extras to make your stay both enjoyable and an experience to remember. Inside, we’ve taken great effort to make you feel right at home. The newly remodeled (2024) cottage has all new everything! Warm and welcoming, you’ll always find a clean and comfortable nook to relax and unwind. Staying in? The cottage has Roku tvs in every room, a large dvd library (complete with popcorn), Bluetooth speakers on the deck, and a kitchen with bar area that keeps meal time social. When you’re ready to wind down for the evening, you’ll rest peacefully on our new mattresses and bedding. If you’re staying longer you’ll find our full laundry room helpful.
The Lily Pad is our newest build, completed in April 2026. We built this home from day one with customer services and guest experiences in mind. much like the cottage, you'll find everything you need for your stay. our full sized kitchen, social open kitchen concept, tvs everywhere, and hot tub make having a good time a lot easier.
